Yes — every vacancy we offer is through a registered UK employer. You receive a full written employment contract before you leave your home country. All work arrangements comply with UK labour law. We do not work with informal, cash-in-hand, or undeclared employers under any circumstances.
From your first consultation to your departure date is typically 4–6 weeks. This covers job selection, document preparation, employer confirmation, visa processing (where required), and booking of travel. We work efficiently because we have long-standing relationships with employers and know exactly what each one needs.
Basic English is helpful but not always required, depending on the role. Many of our placements in manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and construction require only functional communication. We will always be honest with you about the language level a specific employer expects, and we will help you prepare before you leave.
In most cases, yes. The majority of our employer partners either provide housing as part of the employment package or assist with finding accommodation close to the workplace. All housing arrangements are confirmed and communicated to you before you depart — you will never arrive in the UK without knowing where you are sleeping that night.
You will need a valid passport, basic personal details, and information about your work history and skills. Our team handles the rest — employer applications, reference checks, right-to-work documentation, and visa support where applicable. We provide a full document checklist during your initial consultation.
